I’ve spent years looking at homes differently.

As a state-licensed residential appraiser, my job has been to look beyond the surface and understand what truly influences a property’s value. That means studying neighborhoods, analyzing comparable sales, recognizing market trends, understanding property characteristics, and paying attention to the details that can make a difference.

That experience is what ultimately led me to real estate.

Today, I have the opportunity to bring both sides of that experience together, helping people buy and sell homes with a deeper understanding of the property and the market behind it.
