More Than Real Estate. A Different Perspective.

I’ve spent years looking at homes differently.
As a state-licensed residential appraiser, I’ve spent years studying neighborhoods, analyzing comparable sales, recognizing market trends, and understanding the details that influence property value.
That experience ultimately led me to real estate.
Today, I bring both sides of that experience together, helping buyers and sellers better understand the property, the market, and the decisions in front of them.

Experience That Works for You
Buying or selling a home is personal. It’s also one of the biggest financial decisions most people will make.
My approach is simple: listen to what you’re trying to accomplish, give you straightforward information, answer your questions, and help you see the entire picture.
For buyers, that means looking beyond the listing.
For sellers, it means developing a strategy based on your property, the market, and your goals.
And when professional valuation services are needed, I offer appraisal services as a separate and independent service.
A Straightforward Approach to Real Estate
I’m not here to pressure you into a transaction.
I’m here to give you good information, ask the right questions, explain what I see, and help you decide what makes sense for you.
Sometimes that means moving quickly. Sometimes it means taking another look.
Either way, you’ll understand the why behind your decision.

Local Experience Matters
Northwest Ohio isn’t simply where I work. It’s the market I know.
Years spent evaluating properties throughout the area have given me an up-close understanding of our communities, neighborhoods, housing stock, and local market.
That experience comes with me to every property and every client.
Beyond Real Estate
Real estate may be what I do, but the people in my life are what matter most.
I’m a husband, a dad, and someone who believes relationships are built through trust, consistency, and showing up for people. Those same values shape the way I work with my clients.
When I’m not looking at houses or analyzing property values, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, volunteering at our church, or planning our next adventure.
At the end of the day, a home is more than square footage, bedrooms, and comparable sales.
It’s where life happens.
Whether you’re searching for the place where your next chapter will begin or saying goodbye to a home that has held years of memories, I consider it a privilege to help you through that transition.
